At OnBely, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.
1. General Return Information
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, so if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us
Email us at support@onbely.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). -
Prepare Your Return
Please pack your item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and documentation. If possible, include the original invoice or receipt. -
Return the Item
Once we’ve received your return request, we’ll send you the necessary information on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be processed back to the card.

Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Tip: You can reorder the correct item while your return is being processed, ensuring you don't miss out on your preferred size/colour.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@onbely.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or exchange for the damaged or incorrect item(s).
6. Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items or discounted merchandise are not eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Return Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Free Returns: If your return is due to a fault or mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
8. International Returns
For customers outside the UK, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. You are also responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply when returning items.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
